Metal shipping containers are often used for short and long-term storage in post-disaster remediation and areas with limited permanent storage solutions. Our project is intended as a resource for those using shipping containers as storage for cultural materials and our goal is to develop a protocol for a low-cost and technologically accessible improvement of shipping containers' performance as storage spaces.
